25.12.2006Auchan Belaya-Dacha Hypermarket

In December 2006, Auchan Belaya-Dacha hypermarket started its operations. Supply and installation of racking for the trading floor and warehouse, as well as supply of shopping trolleys were performed by specialists of STEP Group.

Presently, five “Auchan” hypermarkets are being prepared for opening, two of which are in St. Petersburg, one in Yekaterinburg, one in Nizhny Novgorod, and one in Moscow.

22.07.2006 Completed is installation of refrigerating equipment for warehouse complex “Cherkizovsky” Ltd. in St. Petersburg

On July 18, the specialists with Step Group successfully completed supply, installation, and start-up and commissioning of the refrigerating equipment for warehouse complex “Cherkizovsky” Ltd. in St. Petersburg. Presently the warehouse complex is brought into operation. In May of 2006, the eighth “Auchan” hypermarket was opened in Ryazansky avenue in Moscow 22.07.2006 Step Group carried out supply and installation of “La Fortezza” racking (Italy), supply of shopping trolleys and storage retrievers by “Caddie” (France), supply and installation of furniture for trading floor (Russia), installation of cash desks by "Rasek" firm (Russia), supply and installation of production equipment by “Ulma” (Spain) and “Webomatiс” (Germany).

The ninth " Auchan " hypermarket opened in early June of 2006 in Rublevka highway in Moscow. Supply and installation of racking manufactured by “La Fortezza” (Italy), supply of shopping trolleys and storage retrievers by “Caddie” (France), supply and installation of furniture for trading floor (Russia), installation of cash desks by "Rasek" firm (Russia), supply and installation of production equipment by “Ulma” (Spain) and “Webomatiс” (Germany), and supply and installation self-contained refrigerated counters manufactured by “Kifato” (Russia) were performed by Step Group.

05.07.2006 PRODUCT INNOVATION and HIT — Trolleys by “Cadergo Security” of 125 and 310 l

This trolley capacity is the most optimal for stores with the floor space of X to X sq. m. According to the provided scheme, the sizes of the basket proper are: depth is 37 sm., as it is of the trolley of the same model range of 180 l. The width is 51 sm., which makes its usage convenient in stores with small aisles between racking. The length of 85 sm. is optimal and very suitable for keeping the trolleys inserted one into another. It helps to save the useful space of the store.

29.06.2006 “Cherkizovsky” Ltd. warehouse complex

An installation of refrigerating equipment for “Cherkizovsky” Ltd. warehouse complex is presently being carried out in St. Petersburg. The production and warehouse complex (the total refrigerated enclosure is about 6400 cubic m) consists of: three low temperature refrigerator chambers (the temperature in the chambers is -18 °С) with the volume of around 500 cubic m (the inside altitude is h = 6 m); two medium temperature chambers (the air temperature in the chambers = +4 °С) with the volume of around 4800 cubic m (the inside altitude is h = 7.5 m); two medium temperature unloading systems (the air temperature is +10 °С) with the volume of around 1100 cubic m (the inside altitude is h = 7.5 m). The refrigerating equipment manufactured by “HK Refrigeration” firm (France) and “Kuba” firm (Germany). Compression-condensation aggregates of a special configuration of a “container” type (a central compressor, horizontal receiver, oil coolers, condensing unit, electric service panel, control equipment and other are mounted on one chassis), protected with a weather-proof protective cover that underwent winterization. Supply, installation, and start-up and commissioning of the refrigerating equipment are performed by the Group of companies’ specialists.
