In October 2013, STEP Group has carried out the refrigeration supply projects for two distribution centers of the company "Lenta". The complexes include the multi-temperature chambers with the total area of 8600 sq.m. The works that have been carried out in these facilities:
- The refrigeration supply system installation including equipment installation with the total refrigerating capacity of 1.5 MW. The machinery compartment consisting in units (modules) is located outside the main area, which allows to save space inside the storage.
- The heat supply system installation providing the necessary temperature during the cold season functioning of the multi-temperature storage.
- The installation of doors and high speed rollup gates for cold rooms including the fire resistant refrigeration doors.
- The special feature of this system is the proper software for CRM master controllers and the individual dispatching and visualization system.
During the realization of these projects, STEP Group used the equipment of the leading European companies such as Onda (Italy), Dynaco (Belgium), Danfoss (Denmark), Bitzer (Germany), Castel (Italy), Carel (Italy), and other manufacturing companies, reliability of the equipment of which is confirmed by many years of service of such equipment.

STEPGROUP has signed contracts for the supply and installation of advertising hangers in the hypermarkets Auchan Zelenograd and Auchan Lipetsk.

STEPGROUP carried out the installation of shop equipment in Leroy Merlin hypermarket in Ryazan.

STEPGROUP completed the works on installation of the shop equipment in Leroy Merlin hypermarket in Noginsk. The total area of the hypermarket is 16,000 m2.

STEPGROUP is one of the leading companies in the field of industrial refrigeration and equips efficiently the complexes of its customers. Another successful project in 2012 was the work in the company`s distribution center «Dixie» with total area of 34,000 square meters. meters (15,000 square meters of dry storage area, 19,000 sqm multi temperature warehouse). The scope of works on this facility included the installation of refrigeration systems, heating system in compliance with the features of temperature conditions of dry and multi-temperature warehouse in cold weather, the ventilation system with ensuring the adequate air circulation, the cold storage door system (including the fire and sealed doors for the ozonization chamber). In addition, the supplementary provisional works were carried out to protect the soil from freezing in low temperature chambers with total area of 2400 sq m - ground heating system was installed using recovered heat from the refrigeration systems. In order to maintain the regular regulated temperature conditions of the equipped facilities, we have also installed 90 air curtains for all the gates of loading and unloading ramps and a part of doorways inside of the warehouse, as well as in four cold rooms with total area of 4300 sq.m., the dampening system is installed that provides the necessary humidity of 80%. Given the nature of this object, it is further provided with product ozone treatment chamber – for better preservation of fruits and vegetables and prevention of their deterioration.
